Only part of my order arrived. Where is the rest of it?

While signed books are processed in-house, all apparel and merch are fulfilled by an external print-on-demand partner. Many of these items come from different warehouses or are sourced in different locations, which means they will arrive in separate packaging. If you think too much time has gone by without an update, please email jillianliota@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it further.

I bought a book and another item and it's showing me two separate shipping costs. What's the deal?

The books are processed in-house, however the merch and apparel are fulfilled by an external print-on-demand partner. Their shipping method will differ from how books are mailed.

The rights to Bitter Truth and Sweet Escape are owned by Montlake, and at this time, we don't anticipate carrying copies in the shop. If this changes, it will be announced in Jillian's newsletter.
